Hi. Free SSL for Wordpress Hosting (WPH) depends on which type do you order. WPH Start has no free SSL, Professional has SSL for one domain and Premium - one domain Wildcard. And it's free for first year. Of course you can order any (free or not) SSL outside home.pl and order installation by contact center, but it's paid extra (61.50 PLN per installation). So tell waht type of WPH do you have and then someone (or maybe I) should guide you how to activate it. Or buy new one if it's WPH Start. Now, I suposed you have any domain pointed to WPH and your page is available under http://yourdomain.ext only and you wan't it to be available under http://www.yourdomain.ext too? And when you send message to home.pl support you should get automatic message with ID of your issue. it's like ABCD-12345-678 . Check if you have message with ID like this (ID can be in mesage title) and send message with this ID to check it's status to one of this forum admins - @Mariusz or @Grzesiek
The SSL certificate works for the address: http://servername.home.pl If you want to have an SSL certificate for your domain, you must buy it. Just HomeSSL: https://home.pl/ssl/ You register, pay, in the panel in the SSL Certificates section click Activate, indicate the domain address and verify the email. You are waiting for the SSL release. At the end is the installation. If you have additional questions, write here or enter the number of the case about which the user wrote above.
By defalt your domain has 2 (or 3) records created when you pointed domain to hosting service - for yourdomain.ext (A record for website and Mx record for mails). You should create one more record - www.yourdomain.ext ponted as CNAME to yourdomain.ext. So first click Domains on left side at home.pl panel, then click Actions in line where yourdomain.ext name is and select Manage DNS records: Then Add new record and set like this:
